Tabl-tnnis is an idal gam us bcaus it brings th whol body into action. It strngthns our muscls, xpands our lungs, promots th circulation of th blood, and causs a halthy action of th skin. Bsids, it is vry amusing and dos not cost us much mony. Tabl-tnnis is vry modrat; it is not so rough as football. It is an indoor gam and can b playd vn on rainy days. Thus, it is my favorit kind of xrcis.
