Thos who smok should mak sur that th cigartts ar stubbd out bfor bing thrown away. Also, smoking should not b allowd in public placs. 30 prcnt of fir was causd by dfctiv insulation. Workrs should know th importanc of good insulation for popl＇s livs. At homs w must pay spcial attntion to lctric wirs and mak sur that thy ar saf. 20 prcnt of fir ar causd by childrn playing with matchs. W should warn childrn of th dangr of playing with matchs.
